You can visit our members-only archive by clicking here.

When will I receive my personalized book recommendations?

Only Literati-level members receive personalized book recommendations from the Lit Hub editors. We'll be sending out more information in early 2024.

How do I reset my password?

Passwords are not required for your membership account. Visit our sign in form, enter your email address, and click Continue. If you haven't created a password, we’ll just send you an email with a link that you can click to sign in. The link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.

If you prefer to create a password, or if you ever need to reset it, click this link.

Then, enter your email address and click Send me reset instructions. To ensure the reset process is secure:
  • Password reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
  • Password reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
  • If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and start with a fresh password reset.

Why isn't my Magic Link working on mobile?

Unfortunately, this is a larger problem with Magic Links and email cookies in general. Your email is likely marking the Magic Link as opened before you even open it, which causes the link to expire. We wish we could fix this, but we can't. If you'd like to set up a password for your account so that you don't have to deal with Magic Links, see the advice above.

Why am I not seeing Lit Hub emails?

First, check your spam folder to make sure Lit Hub emails aren't being marked as spam.

Gmail users: Our emails may be in your "Promotions" tab. If you don't want these emails to land in Promotions, you can drag the newsletter into the "Primary" tab. After you do this, Gmail will ask if you want to make the change permanent. Check yes so that all future Lit Hub emails will land in your "Primary" inbox.

Apple Mail users: Tap our email address at the top of any Lit Hub email, then select "Add to VIPs". This will ensure that future emails from Lit Hub land in your main inbox.

Is my membership tax deductible?

No. Literary Hub and Grove Atlantic, Inc., are not 501(c)(3) organizations, and your support is not applicable as a tax-deductible donation.

How do I get in contact with you if I need more help?

Email supporter@lithub.com if you have further questions.
